INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEWBORNS AND YOUNG CHILDREN
(Born On Or After July 1, 2022)
Enter the following information:
- County where the child was born,
- Their birthdate,
- The 13-digit Local Registration Number (LRN) on the child's birth certificate OR the unique registration code from the letter you may have received.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS
Enter the following information:
- County where the student attended school (based on the chart below),
- Their birthdate,
- Their 10-digit Statewide Student Identifier (SSID) OR the unique registration code on the letter you may have received.
Important Update for Foster Youth - AB 2508, 2024 Implementation
If you are a pre-identified eligible foster student in grades 1–12 during the 2024–2025 school year and were not identified as a foster youth in the program previously, please enter the county where you attended school on October 2, 2024 in addition to the other requested information to claim your account.
